Gangland ゲーム中のメッセージ Mission 1：The Raid The city of Los Angeles, in the year 2009. Gang activity is at an all time high. In the impoverished and dark corners of the city, neglected buildings lay in ruins, and gangs rule the streets. For the local citizens here, the sound of gunbattles is a daily occurance. Gang members outnumber the local Police by 3 to 1, and the federal governmant has stepped in to restore order to a lawless city. 　2009年のロサンゼルス市。ギャングの活動が最高潮に達した。都市の貧困と暗黒の片隅で、放置された建物が廃墟となって横たわり、ギャングが街を掌握していた。ここの市民にとって、銃撃戦の音は日常的なものであった。ギャングのメンバーは警察の3倍も数でまさっているため、連邦政府はこの不法都市に秩序を回復させるために介入した。 The two most powerful gangs, the Jackals and the Blood Kings, are at war over territory and rights to distribute illegal drugs. The FBI special task force has placed undercover agents into both gangs. Enter the building and attempt to arrest the leader. Deadly force is authorized. 　目標 1：ブラッド・キングスの家の襲撃が進行中だ。ロス市警はブラッド・キングスのメンバー数名を拘束している。リーダーと何人かの忠実なギャングメンバーがまだ中にいる。建物に入りリーダーの逮捕を試みろ。武力行使が認可された。 The Blood Kings Leader has been killed. It's ok, he was a punk anyway. 　ブラッド・キングスのリーダーが死んだ。これでいいのだ。どうせ奴はチンピラだ。 LAPD helicopter is tracking a large group of the Jackals gang approaching the area. They are being tracked and can be seen on your command map. Their intentions are not clear. Take up defensive positions, if hostility breaks out, neutralize all gangmembers and secure the area. 　ロス市警のヘリコプターが、この地区に接近しているジャッカルズの大きなグループを追跡している。奴等は追跡されており、君のコマンド・マップで見ることが出来る。奴等の意図は定かではない。防御地点を占め、敵対行為を示した場合、全てのギャングメンバーを無力化し、この地区を制圧しろ。 All Jackals in the area are dead.
